Multiple complaints filed with Dental Board against Rolla Dentist (Rolla Daily News)
Chuckles may not be laughing anymore. Vernon C. Rainey, D.M.D., of Chuckles Family Dental Care in Rolla, is facing two counts of complaint before the Missouri Dental Board’s Administrative Hearing Commission and may be looking at a third in connection with a battery conviction.
